So this is now a Local Regulations level decision of a given Cat 1 comp, CIVL Bureau can decide whether they'll be used or not this year. I left the meeting with the belief that they'll be used this year, but now I've put the correction because it seems that it's not yet decided.
Equalisers sound all good, except that it makes no difference for light weight pilots like my self, flying at 75 kg... It's still 20kg less than the maximum before need of equaliser. This will still mean an huge disadvantage for light pilots that needs to buy bigger wings and fly with lots of ballast.

The documents decision is safe for paragliding Xc pilots and it will promote the spot paragliding.
